| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased a 2007 dodge nitro slt 4x2 on february 23rd, 2007 from san marcos auto outlet. since buying it has stalled out while driving 4 times. it has stalled out at lights, parking lots, etc. while driving. however, it got much worse as on the fourth time it stalled out at 70 mph on the highway and than came back on. my daughter and i were very fortunate to not get seriously injured. this could have been fatal. we took it into the dealer 4 times and they can not get it to fault the same way. we refuse to put ourselves at risk in this vehicle and we told the dealer we want our money back. it is still sitting on his lot with no resolution at this time. we are working on this situation still with the owner. we have no plans of taking the car back. *jb |
