| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2006 honda odyssey. the contact stated that the vehicle made a groaning sound when making a turn. the noise typically occurred after the vehicle reached speeds of 40 mph and above. she took the vehicle to the dealer for repair and was told that there were reports of failure with the power steering pumps for that type of vehicle. the vehicle was repaired and the pump was replaced under warranty. after the repair was made, the vehicle completely lost power steering ability and made it impossible for the contact to steer. the vehicle was towed to the dealer and the power steering pump was replaced again. the current mileage is 5,000 and failure mileage was 4,000. the consumer provided the invoices for repair. 05/21/07 *tr |
