| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I am a certified child passenger safety technician #t021839. recently i was installing a new britax companion infant seat for a pregnant woman. i noticed that the harness retainer clip was a piece of flimsy plastic, and the straps kept coming out during the installation process. i went to babies r us in latham, ny to check on the companion seats that were on display. there was only one in the store, and the harness retainer clip was the same - flimsy, with the straps coming out as soon as moved the clip. this clip needed to be replaced with a more substantial one that you sees in britax other models. if there was nothing holding the baby in the harness system, it was a useless harness. *ak |
