| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My wife was at the gas station she opened the drivers side automatic sliding door to get her purse out and after she retrieved her purse she pushed the close button on the door, and then opened the gas filler door and removed the gas cap as the sliding door was closing. the door stopped and automatically reopened, crashing into the gas filler door and crushing the gas cap along the side of the van , leaving it dented. i was able to replicate the issue. luckily , her hand didn't get crushed, and she didn't have gas pumping yet. *ak |
