| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Bought brand new 2007 mitsubishi vehicle that had strange loud sounds occurring every time when brakes were applied slowly while driving in traffic everyday. took vehicle to mitsubishi dealership 3 times within the same month to remedy the problem. mitsubishi dealership stated loud sounds were due to brake dust buildup. had requested to have brakes replaced because brake dust buildup was unlikely to create those kind of loud sounds after being cleaned by the mitsubishi dealership 3 times within the same month. mitsubishi dealership still has not resolved this problem, and i believed the brakes were defective.*ak |
