Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The britax parkway booster seat has an adjustable head rest which no longer stays in a locked position when raised. it dropped back to the lowest position when even the slightest amount of pressure was placed in it, including when my child leaned forward ,and there was tension on the seat belt. i called britax about this, and they said it was not safe, and they will replace the seat free of charge. i knew of several other owners who had this same problem, and britax agreed to replace their seats as well.*ak |
