| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased the evenflo embrace car seat and travel system. i had it for approximately 3 months. the car seat base had a bottom for elevating itself up to three levels. the foot was no longer able to move up and down. if you get it into level three the base will pop out. i have requested a return. i believe that the company needs to look at recalling the base as it can be a safety issue because it can slide down out of the proper level anytime, especially in an accident and cause child to be injured. *ak |
