| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2006 evenflow embrace. the contacts child seat is included in the recall and she is just now receiving the recall letter. approximately four months ago, the handle on the safety seat malfunctioned and the child fell out head first. his body was still strapped into the seat belt, but his head actually hit the ground. the child was rushed to the hospital in which the nurse blamed the mother for the injury. the contact had to bring the damaged car seat to the hospital to prove that she was not at fault. the manufactured date was january 1, 2006. the consumer stated was very displeased with the product being defective. updated 07/06/07 *tr |
