Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Same symptom description as complaint # 10154674. i am in south carolina and purchased a vehicle in november 2006. i waited out winter and rain season to see if problem would subside, it did not, and has increased in frequency. initially repair shop could not identify or replicate after exam of multi components, including fuel systems and running computer diagnostics in may 2007. after 2 days and replicating once they reprogrammed the pcm for update and performed crank sensor learning/. repair price changed from quote and i renegotiated down to $109. problem not remedied occurring 3x the same evening and continued multiple times daily. incidents spanned 7 months, and easily, not exaggerating, over 120 occurrences all weather, temperatures and time of day. stalled and stuttered getting harder and up to 7 attempts to get car to start after pressing accelerator. *ak
