| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I placed my daughter in the carseat/carrier and secured the 5pt belt( the carrier was on the floor at this point). i then pulled the handle forward to the upright position for carrying. as i was lifting the carrier up the seat flipped forward. i immediatly corrected the seat and then placed it back on the ground. fortunatelly my daughter was ok. i was just notified by my family that there was a recall. i registered my carrier and was told per a message on the mfr. site, that my carrier is not on the recall list. i feel that it should be, although my child was not injured the carrier still had a malfunction. the manufarturing date was sept. 12, 2006, i feel the date on the recall should be changed and my carrier should be included for the safety of my child. |
