| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2005 dodge ram 1500 quad cab lwb. while driving 50 mph or greater, the vehicle vibrates roughly. the dealer and manufacturer were notified and stated that the failure stems from the vehicle's tires. the tire manufacturer rebalanced the tires, but the failure persisted. the dealer sent the vehicle to a different tire shop who was also unable to repair the vehicle. the vehicle manufacturer stated that the tires are at fault, however the tire manufacturer stated that their is failure within the vehicle. when the original tires and rims were tested separately, they did not exhibit any failures. the tire information was unavailable, however all but one of the tires share the same dot number. the contact has the repair orders. the current and failure mileages were 20,000. |
