Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2007 lexus is 250. the contact stated that this is her second vehicle of the same year, make, and model. she stated that there is a mildew odor coming from the air conditioner vents, which causes her to become violently ill. the odor is present when the vehicle reaches approximately 3,000-3,500 miles. the vehicle was purchased four months ago. the manufacturer attempted to repair the failure four times. as a result, she went into arbitration and the vehicle was included in her state's lemon law. the contact received a new vehicle. the manufacturer stated that the odor is due to mildew growing in the air ducts and, unfortunately, cannot be repaired. the engine size was unknown. the current mileage is 3,500 and failure mileage was 3,000.
