| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I bought a safety 1st alpha omega all in one car seat model #22152-cmn manufactured on 12-23-2006. however, on 5-11-2007. when i installed the car seat, the harness strap guides came loose. i pushed them back in and thought they would stay snapped in place. on 5-16-2007 the harness strap guides came a loose from the back of the car sea,t and one was digging into the side of my 1 year old son's neck and scratched him on the neck.*ak |
