| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a baby trend latch-loc 6169 child restraint. the contact stated that while carrying her child seat, the handle fails to go down. when it eventually goes down, it locks in the upright position. a few days ago, when her child was in the seat, the latch was locked. the latch automatically unlocked and the seat tilted forward. she also stated that the stroller that came with the carrier occasionally fails to release the carrier from the stroller. this has been an ongoing failure since the seat was purchased a few years ago. the manufactured date was unavailable. |
