Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The window regulators on my 2000 buick lesabre failed today. now my window will not go up or down and is down all the way. normally for child safety it is still partially up. even though i keep my back windows "locked" causing them to be used infrequently it failed. today is the second time in the last year+ the same regulator has failed. buick needs to stand behind this as i see countless complaints online and the fact that the window now goes all the way down is a child safety hazard. the cost to repair is said to be $400+ per window. *tr |
