Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2006 dodge charger daytona, front brakes started rubbing at about 8000 miles, was told thats normal. brake problem has continued to 22,000 miles and now the rotors are badly grooved and in need of replacement as well as front brake pads. warranty period for brakes is 12,000 miles (i fully understand this a wear part). dealership has a technical service bulletin available, however the brakes are past their warranty. the problem began whil within warranty and was not repaired, and now the car can not be driven until the rotors are replaced/turned and brake pads replaced. |
