Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2004 jeep grand cherokee. the contact stated that she is experiencing failure with her vehicle's power windows. she stated that her power windows fail to roll up. she has not contacted the manufacturer or the dealer. the heat shut off while the heat button was still activated. as a result, the air conditioner is not working either. the dealer stated that the cause of failure was the heating system and would cost $2,000 to be repaired. the dealer also recommended that she notify nhtsa to determine if there were any recalls on her vehicle. there were none that applied to her vehicle. the engine size was unknown. the current mileage is 38,830 and failure mileage was 37,500.
