| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2000 ford focus lx, at first the key would not go into ignition and once in now is stuck in ignition. the ignition cylinder had to be replaced and original key was damaged when the dealer was identifying the problem (although i've found out it is a well known problem to ford) so everything had to be replaced. |
