Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: During the most recent oil change, i was directed by the technician to the back side of the rear wheels, both sides. from this vantage point, you can easily see that lubrication from the rear axle is leaking onto the rear brake rotor assembly via the axle end seals. i immediatley contacted nissanusa and have been attempting to get answers from them as to what, if anything they will do to rectify this condition. my extended service plan has recently expired. according to internet forums for nissan titans, there have been numerous problems with this and it appears to be a safety hazard. nissanusa continues to give me the run around by avoiding any dialogue. |
