| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Took my 2007 chevrolet equinox to valvoline for an oil change at 4,365 miles. i was told that the front main seal was leaking on the engine and that i had no oil in my engine. i took it back to the dealership for repair. this vehicle has failed in the field under 5,000 miles. i will be requesting that the engine goes back to the plant so that this does not happen to anyone else. new engine will be supplied. *tr |
