| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns an evenflo triumph child restraint. the contact's child is over one year old and weighs over 20 lbs. when the child is seated, three fingers can fit between the child and the belt. the strap cannot be adjusted any closer to the child. the child slides down due to the extra space and can slide her arms out. the manufacturer suggested jamming a piece of material in the space whenever the child is seated. updated 02-01-08. *kb the consumer stated the problem was with the straps that goes bewteen the child's legs. |
