| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dometic had a recall on certain model refrigerators and notified us that it would be repaired at no cost. we could not move our unit so we had a repair service come out. when the repair was complete dometic only paid $40.00 and we were left with a $165.00 balance. this is contrary to info put out by office of defects investigation which i accessed on april 11, 2007 at 03:34pm. which states dometic will install a secondary burner housing freeof charge.a complaint will also be filed with the florida attorney general consumer fraud division. *tr |
