Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Rear panel to the left below the back window, next to the ford emblem is cracked. the vehicle has not been involved in any accident, it just happened on it's own. after searching the internet, i have found that many 2004 ford explorers have had the same problem. i was told it would cost approx. $400 to repair. i think there should be a recall on this issue, as it seems to be a defect. *tr
