| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Have a 2000 chevy silverado z71 started having problems with unwanted antilock brake activation at low speed brake applications which resulted in several close calls. contacted dealer after finding recall #05v379000 which has limited recall to so called "salt belt" states. told dealer that i have traveled frequently through salt belt states and his reply was the recall did not effect me and there was nothing they could do. but it is same problem listed in recall. also told me that there is recall on airbag sensor for my vehicle" 02v178000" but my vehicle would not have recall performed because of mileage. *tr |
