Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My 2005 taurus kept over heating and couldn't find a leak any where. i kept filling it with water and always kept an eye on it. when the head gasket finally failed my extended warranty refused to pay for the work that needed to be done. cna is the warranty company. they say it is my fault because i used the wrong fluids (which was water) in the radiator and i used stop leak (which i did not and never would use). *tr |
