Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Safety recall f23-lower ball joints. dealer is allotted insufficient number of parts per week and consumer is put on waiting list since jan. 1st,2007. ball joint separation can result in loss of steering and could cause a crash without prior warning. the safety of not only myself but my family as well including small grandchildren. daimler/chrysler should send sufficient number of parts to remedy this problem promptly. lives are at risk! *tr
