Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I had purchased a 2006 dodge sxt caravan, the end of sept, 2006. in feb during the snow and ice i had notice a crack in the cowl. the ice had frozen underneath and completely damaded the cowl. the dealer failed to get back to me, after a month i called they just stated they refuse to replace this saying "it was damaged due to external force" though there was no external force? this is cheap thin flexible plastic that should have not cracked completely across this cowl, now. please help. any water entering on the windshield does not hold from the loose molding and broken cowl around the front windshield, this is continuing to get worse. i also have a crack in the sliding glass window left side door. *tr |
