| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2006 scion tc, the a/c on this car (still under warranty) stopped cooling. i took it to the scion dealer i purchased the vehicle from, and they advised me that a pebble or rock had hit the condenser unit and caused a crack, allowing refrigerant to leak out. the repair will be over $1000, and i was advised that this is considered a road hazard which isn't covered under warranty. i believe (as many others do) that this is a design flaw, which should be covered under warranty. *tr |
