| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While driving 60 mph, the rear driver side tire (sentry tru-trac apt, size lt235/75r15, dot-chhk) suddenly had 28" of tread separated from steel belts. tire did not go flat. the separated tire tread damaged pick- up truck qtr panel, and bent the wheel well splash panels' metal support arm into the rear gas tank filler tube, denting it but did not puncture it. all four tires are the same. i plan to have all four replaced even though all still have 9.5/32 to 10/32 tread left on tires which originally had tread depth of 11. *tr |
