| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My grandson has the safety first 22311 infant seat. i recently bought a newer model car which has the latch system, my old car did not.when i attempted to install his car seat in the new car using the latch system, the strap broke off. keep in mind that this is the first time the latch system was used. attn: your site did not have an option for the correct car seat, i chose designer 22 because it wa the closest choice. the actual seat is safety first model# 22-311, infant seat. |
