Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I have a 2003 gmc envoy which developed a problem with the fan clutch going bad which an extremely large number of people who own this model and the trailbrazer had also. the dealership service manager told me that they were completely backed up for a few days and could not get to my problem but without even checking it out, he knew what the problem was and said they have had to replace many. i feel as though there should be a recall due to the high volume of this problem. you can read many hundreds of complaints about this particular problem at this web site, http://www.carsurvey.org/viewcomments_review_64655.html. there are no telling how many more would have posted such a complaint if they had known of this or other sites to do so.
