| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2005 jeep liberty. on march 8, 2007, the contact received a recall notice to have the suspension front:lower ball joints replaced on his vehicle. he has called the dealer for the repair and they informed him that they were only getting three parts per week. the contact was placed on a waiting list. he called the dealer several weeks ago and they stated that his placement was several pages back and would call him when his name appears. recently, while driving 20 mph, the lower ball joints failed and the vehicle was damaged. the right front wheel was punctured by the ball joint. the current and failure mileages were 49,000. updated 07/19/07. *jb |
