Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 1) the speedometer stopped working a few months ago. 2) my inspection sticker is now due to be replaced, but i can't get one without the speedometer working. 3) customer service thru gmc was no help at all. they said i needed to take it to the dealership to have it looked at. which i will have to pay for, then they will review the case. oh how nice, review it just to tell me i have to pay for it?! i've seen thousands of people reporting this on the internet. why hasn't anything been done? if your everyday average joe is responsible for the work/products he/she puts out, why not the big corporations? |
