| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Evenflo triumph model 3591453 p1. the shoulder strap for the 5 point harness separated from the seat. it appears the spring and the knob it winds around to tighten have broken. there is no way to use the seat and i do not think this occurred because of abuse of the seat. we bought the seat new in january 2006, the seat was manufactured in dec of 2005. |
