| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*a safety seat technician stated that during the installation of an evenflo embrace safety seat, the foot base on the seat became dislodged and popped out of the base. the model # is 5801730a. the manufactured date was january 29, 2007. there were two stress points that formed on the shell of the base. the seat was unable to be installed. the owner of the safety seat returned the seat. the manufacturer stated that the seats have been tested and no failures were found. the purchase date was unknown. |
