| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I just purchased a 2001 nissan pathfinder. the 6 disc cd player does not work, it says "err2". i was under the impression that everything was in working condition at the time of purchase. when i asked the dealer to fix it at their cost they would not do it. i think this is bad business since i mentioned the fact that i liked that the vehicle has a 6 disc cd when i test drove it. i am finding out that many many people have the same problem with the cd not working. why doesnt nissan recall it and care about customer satisfaction? |
