| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Driving along on a dry road when the car started making dinging sounds. the abs and esc dummy lights came on. the radio displayed the following, "esc service requested". the dealership determined that the sensor harness was rubbing against the front axle, which caused the casing to become compromised and short out. this caused both the abs braking system and electronic stability control system to fail. the vehicle at the time was only two weeks old and only had 480 miles on it. the dealership had to order a new wire harness and sensor control modules to replace the faulty ones. |
