| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2004 winnebago itasca sun cruiser. the model listed was unavailable in the drop down menu at the time of this complaint. the contact stated that he purchased the vehicle without a spare tire or a spare tire rack. the vehicle is designed to accommodate a particular type of wrench in the rear of the vehicle. according to the owner's manual, the vehicle is supposed to come equipped with these features. as a result, the contact had a flat tire and could not change it due to the missing equipment. he notified the manufacturer who stated that the lack of proper equipment is a liability in case of an emergency. at the time of purchase, the dealer stated that the spare tire and the proper equipment were included, but indeed they were not. the vin and engine size were unknown. the current and failure mileages were 30,000. |
