| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2006 graco child safety seat. when the child is in the seat, he can unlatch the chest buckle and free his arms. this occurs while the vehicle is in motion. the manufacturer sent another latch, but it was the same one and the failure recurred. the child can also kick the cover off of the button that is used to tighten or loosen the strap. the manufactured and purchase dates were unknown. |
