| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Went to gas up my 2002 jaguar x-type 2.5 when totally empty and gas shot back out and spilled all over the place. tried three different gas stations with the same effect. check engine light came on, indicating a problem with the gas tank. i can't gas my car and there is the safety hazard of gas shooting back out. dealer won't cover it and there are no second hand parts or individual parts, have to replace whole gas tank and filler system costing me $1750. *tr |
