Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Suspension drops and raises while driving. lights and alarms on dash. unable to drive car safely. took car to dealership and "front height sensors" replaced. car at dealership for 8 days. picked up car and drove for 2 weeks and noticed difficulty driving car, and a "tin can sound" under car. looked under car and found extreme inside wear on tires - especially rear tires where steel tread exposed. took car to a tire repair/replacement establishment and informed that "cambrs" were "out" and car very unsafe to drive. tires replaced with new tires. dealership did not inform customer of "extreme" inside wear on rear tires. this defect should have been repaired while the car was at the dealership for 8 days. family drove on steep mountain roads while these tires were worn and outcome could have been deadly. *tr |
