| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I bought a troy 2 infant car seat for my son in february 2007 and by may20 07 i noticed there was a black power on him whenever he was sitting in the seat. i tried cleaning out the seat , but the black powder kept coming out. i tried to contact combi the manufacturer, but could not ever get through to a live person. i believed this product was unsafe because children tried to put anything they could get in their hands or mouths. also, believe combi wastrying to avoid customer complaints by making it impossible to contact them with problems or concerns and that should be illegal. *ak |
