| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Replacement of both rear coil springs because of failure. i have been having the ford dealer watch for this since both front coil springs failed when going 60 miles mph. read complaint 0155857. *ak it appears that both the front as well as the rear coil springs are defective on 2002 mecury sables! so owners beware!! ford customer care: they don't !! is there any wonder why fords car sales are down ! |
