Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I contacted general motors about a recall on this vehicle. it has to do with the hazard signal, preventing the turn signals from working correctly. it only works intermittently. they had recalled the 2000 pontiac grand am, which was the car i drive because of this defect. when i called them they told me that the vehicle's was not recalled due to the vin. since this is a defect, and can endanger my life i think they should fix the car for free. i can't afford to get this fixed on my own. as you well know the dealerships charges a lot of money to fix anything on the car. i can't buy a new hazard signal from autozone or o'reiley's auto parts, and just have my friend put it on since the only place one can purchase this particular hazard signal is from the dealership. i wonder why? i am being sarcastic!. there has been no incident/accident as of yet.*ak |
