Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The 2004 kawasaki ex250, hole in the gas tank due to the length of the screw provided by the manufacturer. i have given it to a dealer, but do not think that they will get an approval from kawasaki to replace the fuel tank. i would like to petition to file my case with nhtsa. *ak i am a new, beginner motorcycle rider, thus don't know much about motorcycles to begin with. ever since i have been riding on the motorcycle, i often did smell gasoline, and often my eyes burned after riding the motorcycle. i didn't think much of it and thought that this was the typical feeling after riding a mtorcycle, but it turns out that small traces of gasoline has been leaking from it ever since i had owned the motorcycle (approx. 2 months). i bought the used motorcycle, thus am a second owner. regardless, there was a flaw in the manufacturing process of the motorcycle and it needs to be fixed by the dealer/manufacturer. what more can i do to make sure that i get proper treatment form kawasaki usa? |
