| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My 6 day old saturn vue - hybrid had 242 miles on it when the low battery light went on. the check engine lights went on, then the abs, traction control, and passenger air bag light illuminated. i was able to get to the dealers, coasted in to their shop. the new car sat there for 12 days before i was able to drive it. the starter/ generator control module had to be replaced. it had to come from an outside supplier, who claimed to have shipped it, but had no tracking number, and supposedly it could not be found. it finally arrived after the car was in the shop for 12 days and was installed.*ak |
