| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Front and rear suspension spring broke on the 2000 ford taurus. there was a recall on this exact issue, but i was told this vehicle did not qualify for the recall. i heard of many other owners of this make of vehicle with the same problem, with the front and back springs malfunctioning, and they have not had them covered by the recall. i think the recall should be expanded to cover more vehicles and include the rear springs also! this is a dangerous defect in the car and ford should be held accountable. *ak |
