| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My son, after exiting the highway turned north on chaffee road to go home. he went to change lanes into the left lane where the road turned to a four lane road and, as reported by a witness, smoke came out from the front right tire area and the car swung to the right hitting a pole. as witnessed, the vehicle was traveling no more than 25 mph. the car was totaled. the front right tire was obviously not on the vehicle because it and the entire front right suspension beat the car to the scene of the crash. it was lying in front of the car. if it were on the vehicle it would have been under it due to the way the pole took out the front right side of the car all the way into the passengers compartment. the police reported it as a mechanical failure.*ak |
