Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Air conditioning on the 2006 odyssey stopped working after 10 months of ownership. we were told that debris had hit the condenser and caused a leak. since this was not considered a defect in the part it was not covered under warranty. however, it appeared we were not the only 05/06 odyssey owners with this problem. this seemed to be a design/engineering flaw that allowed for damage to occur so easily. other internet posts revealed that owners were having to engineer their own fixes to protect the condenser, so that they did not have another $800 bill. this should be honda's responsibility. *ak |
