Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Ii have had my 2007 yukon since sept 2006. approx 3 weeks ago i began to have trouble getting the vehicle started. when turning the key, it had to be held for about 20-30 seconds before it would finally crank up. vehicle has been taken to dealership 4 times and is currently still there. i have been told a variety of reasons for the way my car starts that it is a normal "extended start", that they cannot duplicate my problem, and that the vehicle was just programmed that way. i know they have heard the problem because the service manager stood by me while i cranked the vehicle to demonstrate the problem! if the car had a normal "extended start" or was programmed to strat like that it should have been doing it since i purchased the vechile in sept 06 on not just starting to have the problem now in june 07. |
